French Macaroon



Assalamualaikum :)



PREPARE

4 biji telur
180 grm Gula Caster
160 grm Gula Icing
160 grm Ground Almond
Various colour and essences

GANACHE

150 grm chocolate
70 ml cream/fresh milk

STEP

1. Pukul telur,sehingga kembang.

2. Masukkan 90 grm gula caster. Pukul telur semula dalam 2 minit dan masukkan 90 grm gula caster. Total 180 grm gula caster.

3. Campurkan ground almond dan gula icing di dalam bekas asing,lebih elok ayak kedua-dua bahan ini.

4. Masukkan pewarna dalam step 3. DO NOT ADD WITH THE EGG WHITE.

5. 3+4 into 2. Kacau perlahan-lahan. Berhenti sebaik saja adunan menjadi cair.

6. Piping dan tunggu sehingga 15-30 minit.

7. Baking,150 celcius about 12-20 minit. Check sama ada sudah masak atau belum (finger test)

GANACHE

1. Panaskan susu sehingga mendidih dah masukkan chocolate dan kacau sehingga larut.

Okay,lets move to the foodddd. Yummayhh. Its just an ice cream and french fries for our tea time. I lovin' it!

Swensen's Banana split


This is mine. Swensen's Durian Flavour. Rasanya tak mcm ice cream pun. Seriusly rasa durian yg oriii pnyaaa cuma perbezaan diantara makan durian,ini sejuk dan makan durian rase biasa. haha. Waiter tu yg suggest,katanya sedapp sngt. Hmm sngt la sedap,pening makan durian bergundi-gundi -..-
