Hari ni kita nk masak chiffon cake ngn butter cake ye Puan2. haha. Belagak chef la plak aku ni. Dgn cuti yg pnjng ni. Seriusly bosan dk rumah plus dgn xkeja lgi. So i chose to take baking class,just near to my house. At first,telan air liur jgk la tgk fees dia. Tapi my mum kata ok la tue. Kt kl lg mahal. so aku mulakan workshop yg basic pnya la dulu. Buat Chiffon and Butter Cake. Chef dia nama Alan Ooi. Comey la. Susah aku nk puji Chinese ni. haha. Tapi xdpt nk tngkp pic dekat2. And dia cakap bahasa agak lawak. He spoke chinese while the worksop and dia translate jgk la dlm bm. Tapi rsa mcm xadil la jgk. Kalau Chinese lain tanya soalan and dia feedback dlm Chinese,we all ni xphm la. Tu la yg xberapa seronok sngt tpi enjoy gk la ngn makcik2 yg lwk. haha. Kalau p ngn my mum ok la. Fees untuk basic cake ni murah saja RM 50. All provided. Hee. And there's recipes :)
Pandan Chiffon Cake
Method :
- Combine (A) in a mixing bowl,fold in floour until forms batter.
- Beat (B) until mixture forms solf peaks. Gradually add in (D),beating at high speed until frothy and stiff peaks form.
-Gently fold beaten egg white foam into egg yolk batter until blended. Pour batter into ungreased 18 cm chiffon mould.
- Bake in preheated oven at 175c for 40-45 min or until cooked. Removed from oven,invert cake onto table until completely cooled.
Ingredients :
(A) - 7 egg yolk (A)
- 75 ml Corn oil
- 75 ml Coconut milk
- 1 tbsp Pandan juice
- Pandan paste
(B) - 120 gm Super Fine Flour
(C) - Egg White (A)
- 1/2 tsp Cream of Tartar
(D) - 125 gm Caster Sugar

Ingredients :
(A) 150 gm Butter
100 gm Margarine
200 gm Caster sugar
(B) 1 tsp Vanilla essence
4 Egg (A)
(C) 220 gm Super Fine flour
2 tbsp Milk powder
1/2 tbsp Baking powder
Method :
- Pour (A) into the bowl and beat for 4 min. Slowly add in (B). Fold in (C) and mix well.
- Pour the batter into a 9" round mould. Bake at 180c for 50-60 min. (Test with a skewer which come out clean when cake is cooked)

Serious batter cake sedap dari chiffon. hehe. Kalau nk sedap guna butter cap Anchor. Mmng sedap :)
